As the mixture gets heavier or lighter, the Swedish-made stand mixer adjusts its speed based on the load. This helps create a smoother mixing experience when you move from combining ingredients to working thicker batters or doughs.

Yes. With additional compatible accessories (sold separately), the Swedish-made stand mixer can expand into tasks like whisking, grinding meat, making pasta and juicing citrus.

The 7-qt. capacity gives you room to mix larger amounts, which can be helpful for bread doughs, cookie doughs and multi-layer cake batters. It is designed to handle both everyday recipes and more ambitious baking sessions.
