Cristel Castel’Pro 5-Ply Skillets, 8" and 9.5" Set

A 5-ply stainless steel skillet set is a great pick when you want fast, responsive heat for everyday stovetop cooking. Use the smaller skillet for quick tasks and the larger skillet when you need more room for browning and sautéing.

The 5-ply stainless steel skillet set includes two skillets: one 8" pan and one 9.5" pan. Together, they cover everything from smaller portions to full-pan sautéing.

In these 5-ply skillets, three layers of aluminum sit between two layers of stainless steel. That layered build is designed to heat quickly and adjust temperature efficiently when you raise or lower the heat.

Yes. The 5-ply stainless steel skillets have an 18/0 stainless steel base, which makes them compatible with induction cooktops.

The skillets feature large, ergonomic handles designed to stay cool on stovetops. They are also shaped to be easy to grip, which helps with control when lifting, moving or pouring.

The rounded corners are designed to make mixing and reaching the edges easier. The rounded rims help you pour more cleanly, so transferring pan sauces or drippings feels more controlled.
