Emile Henry Pizza Set

The ceramic pizza set is designed to help you bake pizzas with crisp, golden crusts at home. It pairs a high-heat ceramic baking stone with a pizza peel, so you can bake and then slide your pizza out with more ease and control.

The ceramic pizza set includes one smooth ceramic pizza stone and one Epicurean Pizza Peel. Together, they cover baking on the stone and transferring pizza to and from a hot oven or grill.

Yes. The ceramic baking stone is finished with a proprietary lead-free black flame glaze that is chip-resistant and durable enough to withstand sharp knives, so it can double as a cutting board for slicing and serving.

Use the beveled edge to glide under the crust, then lift and slide with the long handle to keep hands farther from the heat. The Epicurean pizza peel also works as a serving board, so you can bring pizza straight from the oven to the table.
