GreenPan Elite Ceramic Nonstick Cake Pan, 9" x 13"

The ceramic nonstick cake pan is ideal for 9" x 13" favorites like sheet cakes, brownies and bar cookies. It is also a great choice for baked desserts that you want to lift and serve cleanly with less sticking.

Ceramic nonstick is designed to help with release, but greasing can still be helpful depending on what you bake. For delicate cakes or very sticky batters, a light coat of butter or spray can make serving even easier.

The built-in handles give you a more secure grip when moving the pan between the oven, cooling rack and countertop. They are especially handy when the pan is full, so you can carry it more comfortably.

Yes. This ceramic nonstick cake pan is dishwasher safe, so you can clean up quickly after baking. If you prefer, you can also wash it by hand for everyday care.

Use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils when serving to help avoid scratches. Let the pan cool before cleaning and avoid abrasive scrubbers so the ceramic nonstick surface stays in good shape.
