GreenPan Reserve Pro Skillet, 8" in Glacier

The anodized aluminum ceramic nonstick skillet is a go-to for eggs, toasting nuts and cooking small portions like vegetables or single-serve proteins. The ceramic nonstick surface helps food release easily, which is especially helpful for delicate foods and quick sides.

NSF-certified ceramic nonstick means the ceramic nonstick coating is certified to NSF standards for food equipment materials. It is a useful reassurance when you want a nonstick pan designed with everyday cooking in mind.

Thermolon 9G is GreenPan’s ceramic nonstick technology designed to boost release and durability, with diamond-infused layers built into the coating. GreenPan states it can last up to 10 times longer than a classic ceramic nonstick.

The skillet’s gold-tone stainless steel handle is shaped for a comfortable grip when you are moving from sautéing to plating. The V-shaped cutout is designed to help the handle stay cool on the stovetop.

Cooktop compatibility for the anodized aluminum ceramic nonstick skillet is not specified in the product details provided here. If you cook on induction or have a specialty cooktop, confirm compatibility before purchasing to ensure the best fit for your kitchen.
