Hestan Provisions Stainless Steel Double Burner Griddle

A stainless steel double burner griddle is ideal for cooking multiple portions at once on a wide, flat surface. It is great for breakfast spreads like pancakes and bacon, plus weeknight favorites like smash burgers or seared vegetables.

In this stainless steel double burner griddle, the aluminum core is designed to help heat move quickly and spread more evenly across the cooking surface. That responsiveness can make it easier to maintain steady heat when you are cooking across two burners.

For best results, preheat the griddle gradually so heat has time to level out across the surface. Once preheated, you can fine-tune each burner to help keep the center and edges cooking the way you want.

The flush rivets help make wipe-down easier, especially along the edges where food can collect. Let the griddle cool, then use warm water and a nonabrasive sponge for everyday cleanup; for stuck-on bits, soak briefly to loosen residue before washing.

Yes, the griddle is designed for stovetop-to-oven cooking, which is handy for finishing or keeping food warm. Use oven mitts and give the griddle time to cool before cleaning or storing.
