Hestan Provisions Stainless Steel Slotted Turner

A stainless steel slotted turner is ideal for flipping and lifting foods that benefit from a thin, supportive blade, like fish fillets, pancakes and vegetables. The slots help drain excess oil, butter or cooking liquid as you lift for cleaner transfers from pan to plate.

The slots are designed to let cooking liquids drip back into the pan as you lift. With a stainless steel slotted turner, that means less pooling on the plate and a neater presentation when you are serving.

The beveled edge is shaped to slide under food more easily, which is especially helpful with delicate items. It helps you get under thin fillets and tender vegetables with less sticking and less risk of breaking.

Follow the care instructions provided with the utensil. In general, washing soon after use and drying thoroughly helps keep stainless steel looking its best and can reduce water spotting.
