Messermeister Avanta Kendrick BBQ 10" Slicer Knife

A black titanium coated slicer knife is designed for carving cooked proteins into clean, even slices, especially brisket, prime rib and roasts. The long, rigid blade helps you cut smoothly without tearing or compressing the meat.

Use long, smooth strokes and let the length of the blade do the work instead of short sawing motions. For the neatest results, stabilize the protein on the board and aim to finish each slice in as few passes as possible.

The scalloped edge is useful when you want the knife to glide through foods with delicate skins or tougher crusts. It is a handy feature for crusty breads, soft-skinned produce and sandwiches, alongside its main job of slicing meats.

An offset ebony Pakkawood handle lifts your hand higher above the cutting board, which helps with knuckle clearance and control during long carving strokes. It can also make it easier to slice all the way through a roast without your hand bumping the board.

Yes, it is designed for demanding indoor and outdoor use and the black titanium coating adds rust resistance for busy prep and serving environments. For best day-to-day care, follow the care directions that come with the knife and dry it after cleaning to keep it looking its best.
