Miyabi Artisan 2-Piece Knife Set

It refers to how the blades are built and finished. This knife set uses a micro-carbide SG2 core, then it is plated in nickel and stainless steel to create the textured look you see on the blade.

You get a 6" chef’s knife and a 3.5" paring knife. Together, they cover the bulk of everyday kitchen prep, from larger cuts on the board to small, precise hand work.

Use the 6" chef’s knife for general prep and heavier cutting tasks, like slicing and chopping ingredients on a cutting board. Reach for the 3.5" paring knife when you need control for peeling, coring and detail work.

Yes, the SG2-core knife set can be sharpened like other kitchen knives. If you are still learning, professional sharpening is a simple option, or you can use the sharpening method you are most comfortable maintaining.

The set is made in Japan and comes with a lifetime warranty. Keep your proof of purchase and follow the warranty guidance provided with the knives.
