Nordic Ware Original Bundt® Pan

For the cast aluminum nonstick Bundt pan, brush the interior with butter or shortening before each use, then dust with flour or cocoa to create a light coating. This simple step helps cakes release more cleanly and keeps the design looking sharp.

Fill the cast aluminum nonstick Bundt pan no more than 3/4 full. Mixes and recipes vary, so this guideline helps reduce the chance of batter spilling over as it rises.

A cast aluminum nonstick Bundt pan is ideal for cakes that benefit from an even bake and a showy shape, like classic ring cakes and everyday cakes you finish with a simple glaze or a dusting of confectioners’ sugar. It is a great choice when you want a centerpiece dessert without elaborate decorating.

Thick cast aluminum is designed to help heat spread evenly across the pan’s interior. That consistent heating supports more uniform baking, especially in a ring shape where batter sits at different depths.

Because the pan has a nonstick coating, gentle cleaning helps preserve the surface over time. Let it cool completely, then follow the brand’s care guidance and avoid abrasive scrubbers that can wear coatings.
