Frequently Asked Questions
A diamond-shaped crystal champagne wine glass is ideal when you want sparkling wine to smell as vibrant as it tastes. The bowl shape allows a wider range of aromatics to unfold so the champagne’s layers can develop and intensify. It also features an integrated sparkling point to help maintain a steady stream of bubbles.
A wider rim helps release aromas more readily than a narrow flute, which can make the tasting experience feel more complex and open. With the RIEDEL Veloce design, you still get a refined bubble presentation thanks to the integrated sparkling point. It is a great choice for anyone who loves to pause, smell and savor.
The integrated sparkling point is a small feature designed to encourage a consistent stream of bubbles in the glass. It helps keep the pour looking lively from the first sip to the last. This detail also supports a more polished presentation at the table.
RIEDEL Veloce champagne wine glasses are made using advanced manufacturing technology focused on precision and consistency. The collection is designed to combine the weight and balance associated with handmade crystal with the perfection of machine production. The result is a lightweight, refined glass made for contemporary wine enthusiasts.
Follow the care instructions provided with your crystal champagne wine glasses for the best results. Because the set is lightweight and refined, gentle handling during washing and drying can help protect the rim and keep the bowl clear. When storing, give each glass a little space to help avoid contact between stems and bowls.
