My pepper mill has become terrible to use. The salt still works great, but I have to shake and really work to get any pepper out at all. Is there any way to fix this, or do I just need to buy a new one? This one is less than a year old, and hasn’t been abused.

You have larger peppercorns stuck inside the grinder chute that are blocking the grinder. Unscrew the 3 grinder screws and slide the grinder out/off of the body. You'll see the stuck peppercorns and can get them out with a toothpick or small screwdriver. Empty the peppercorns from the body so you can reassemble the grinder. 5 minutes or less.
