The square ravioli tablet and rolling pin set is best for making fresh, filled pasta at home in a bigger batch. It’s especially handy when you want consistent shapes and you’d rather make multiple ravioli at once instead of forming them one by one.
The square ravioli tablet makes 24 pressed ravioli at a time. That capacity is great for meal prep, family dinners or cooking ravioli for a gathering.
The square ravioli tablet and rolling pin set includes the ravioli tablet and a rolling pin. Together, they’re used to form the pockets and press the pasta to help seal each piece.
A generous dusting of flour can help reduce sticking as you work, especially when pressing and sealing. Lightly flour the tablet surface and your pasta sheets as needed, then brush off any excess flour before cooking.
Cleaning can take a little extra attention because flour and bits of dough can settle into the shaped pockets. Let any residue dry slightly, then brush or wipe it out gently and follow any care instructions included with your square ravioli tablet and rolling pin set.
