USA Pan Jelly Roll Nonstick Pan and Bakeable Nonstick Cooling Rack Set

The nonstick jelly roll pan set is great for everyday bakes like cookies, sheet cakes and scones, especially when you want to cool them right away without moving to a separate rack. The raised-foot rack lifts baked goods to encourage airflow as they cool.

The nonstick jelly roll pan set includes a jelly roll pan plus a bakeable cooling rack designed to fit inside the pan. That nested fit makes it easy to transfer bakes from oven to cooling in one setup.

Yes. The bakeable cooling rack is designed for oven use, so you can place it inside the pan to elevate foods as they bake. It also works as a cooling rack after baking.

The jelly roll pan uses an eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating that contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. That coating helps baked goods release more easily when you’re turning out cookies and bars.

The steel crosswire rack uses raised feet to lift cookies, breads and cakes above the surface below. That elevation helps promote more uniform cooling by letting air circulate underneath.

The nonstick jelly roll pan set was developed in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan. It’s a useful choice for bakers who like gear with a clear, thoughtful design purpose.
