USA Pan Pullman Loaf Pan With Cover, 9"x4"

An aluminized steel Pullman loaf pan is designed to bake straight-sided, square loaves that slice neatly for toast and sandwiches. It is a great option for everyday sandwich bread when you want consistent shape and even baking.

The cover helps the loaf bake into a square shape by limiting how much the dough domes as it rises. With the cover on, you get tidy, uniform slices that stack and toast well.

The corrugated surface increases airflow around the loaf for more even baking. It also helps reinforce the pan for regular use.

The silicone nonstick coating is specifically formulated for baking to help bread release more easily and make cleanup quicker. It is made without PTFEs or PFOAs.

Specific care instructions are not provided here. A safe approach is to wash the nonstick Pullman loaf pan with warm water, mild soap and a nonabrasive sponge, then dry thoroughly before storing.
