Verve Culture Chitarra Pasta Cutter, Large

A beechwood and stainless steel chitarra pasta cutter is best for turning fresh pasta sheets into evenly cut strands with consistent spacing. It is a great pick for homemade spaghetti and a wider noodle when you want a more substantial bite with rich sauces.

Roll your dough into a sheet using your preferred method, then place it over the wires. Press the sheet through to cut, then lift off the strands and separate as needed before cooking.

One side is designed for a finer cut that suits classic spaghetti. Flip the frame to use the wider cut when you want a noodle that can stand up to heartier sauces.

The chitarra pasta cutter is for cutting, not for rolling dough into thin sheets. You will still need a way to make pasta sheets, then the cutter helps you turn those sheets into uniform strands quickly.

Care details are not listed here, so follow the directions included with the chitarra pasta cutter. Keeping the beechwood frame and stainless steel wires clean and dry between uses helps it stay ready for your next pasta night.
