Vitamix® Ascent® X4 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System

The SmartPrep blender and food processor kitchen system is built to handle both blending and food prep on one countertop base. It lets you blend everything from soups and smoothies to salsas and cocktails, then switch containers to chop, dice and slice for everyday cooking.

The SmartPrep blender and food processor kitchen system includes a 48-ounce blending container and a 12-cup food processor container. It also comes with a multi-use blade, two reversible slicing discs and additional specialty discs, plus a Stack and Store disc case for organization.

The food processor container holds 12 cups. It is a great choice for speeding up ingredient prep like chopping, dicing and slicing, especially when you are cooking ahead or tackling larger batches.

The digital timer is there to help you time manual processing more precisely, so you can repeat results more easily. It is especially helpful when you are aiming for a specific texture and do not want to guess when to stop.

For quick cleanup after blending, use the self-cleaning option by adding warm water and a drop of dish soap, then run the program. For storage, the system offers a compact, self-contained mode, and the included disc case helps keep the discs together and easy to find.
