Zwilling Pro Nakiri, 6.5"

A precision-forged nakiri knife is designed for vegetable prep, especially slicing, dicing and chopping with a wide blade that stays steady on the board. It’s also great for mincing herbs and cutting fruit or cheese when you want clean, controlled cuts.

The nakiri shape is ideal for straight up-and-down chopping and push-cut slicing. Let the wide blade guide your cuts through vegetables, then use the broad side to help transfer ingredients from board to pan.

On the precision-forged nakiri knife, the angled bolster is designed to make the knife comfortable in hand and to help you sharpen the entire length of the blade. It also creates a smoother transition where your fingers naturally grip for control.

It’s a smart choice for home cooks who do a lot of produce prep and want a knife that feels confident and comfortable through longer sessions. The rounded handle is designed to increase comfort and reduce hand fatigue as you work.

Follow the care directions provided with your precision-forged nakiri knife to help protect the finish and edge. Store it so the blade is shielded from contact with other tools, then sharpen as needed along the full cutting edge.
